Ryan’s Word Of The Day: Platonic (adj.)
Meaning: A friendly
/working relationship not romantic Example (1): “I used to post a lot of photos online which showed me one of my best female friends. So many people assumed we were a couple but it’s platonic, she’s like a sister to me.”
Example (2): “Personally I like to keep my relationship with colleagues strictly platonic. I know sometimes coworkers can fall in love and that’s great but I’d rather meet someone in another situation and keep work professional.”
