- Can’t

beat = it’s the best: “You can’t beat this weather,” or, “You can’t beat a cold glass of water!”
- I wouldn’t count on it = it probably won’t happen: “Will Jack come today?” “I wouldn’t count on it”
- Cringeworthy / cringe = describes something really embarrassing that someone else does (secondhand embarrassment): “His singing was so cringeworthy,” or, “Wow, that speech was cringe”
