I learned a valuable lesson today:
Do not let your emotions
change your plans. I felt sad and discouraged. I wanted to stop my exercises and take a nap.
But then I remembered Sadhguru's words: "If you have something you need to do, you still have to do it no matter how you feel. Then your body and mind will get organized and you will feel sad or angry less often. "
So in spite of my emotions I continued to exercise and I began to feel the influence of my emotions fading away.
I wish this experience for all of you. I wish for you complete mastery over your emotions - even if you master them before I do. 😀😀
