Phrase of the day “I’m good to go”
We use this expression to
say that we are ready and prepared to do an activity and other people do not need to wait for us. It’s used informally, and tends to be only spoken.
Here’s an example:
Debbie 🗣 “ Oh no, my shoelaces came undone, I need to stop for a second.”
Tony 🗣 “Don’t worry, we’re not in a rush”
Debbie 🗣 “Ok, done! I’m good to go now.”
