Good morning, World 🌎!!

This morning I realized how truly connected

to my phone I really am.

I met a friend early to do wind sprints and I left my phone at home. 😱

I felt nervous and lost at first haha, but ended up really being in the moment with my workout and friend. It was nice! 💖💖

The weather here in South Florida is perfect this morning, but it will be 32°C later today. 🥵

I miss real winters.😔
