I woke up at 6am for the gym. As I was leaving, I saw the neighbors

cat "Peppermint" with a jumping ball...mmm....I dont remember seeing her playing with that toy before. Upon further inspection, it was a mouse!! I tried to rescue the mouse but peppermint grabbed it and ran away. RIP mouse. Busy day today so I bought some bread (potato oregano) and luncheon meat (roast beef) for a quick lunch before going to Costco and running other errands. I quickly toasted the bread and sandwich meat. Made sandwich-tacos (folded the bread over).

1. Mustard and sriracha (chili sauce) w/pickle spear
2. Brian Sauce and pickled jalapenos
3. Philadelphia Dill pickle spread
4. 1 plain slice dipped in balsamic vinegar and olive oil
