The making of Strawberry Cream Cake 😍🍓
1. Build your layers
(cream on the outside, strawberry compote in the middle, repeat per layer) 2. Crumb coat (thin layer of icing on the outside and top, refrigerate for 1 hour)
3. Finishing coat (pipe icing all over about 1/4 inch thick, smooth out, refrigerate for 1 hour)
4. Pipe your icing (I added rosettes and a border around the top and bottom.
5. Time to decorate! (fresh cut strawberries, flowers, silver sprinkles and a thin coat of edible glitter)
Cake is ready! 😍🥰🤤
