和食を作ってみました。
今回の大根の葉っぱでできたふりかけの隠し味は
魚の煮汁で作ったことです!
かわいい魚ちゃんの皮がちょっとぼろぼろになってしまったけど
味はグッ!
I’ve been enjoying cooking with fish a lot recently! Thanks to some Japanese YouTube channels, I’m gradually getting better at cleaning and preparing fish.
I’m still a long way away from mastery, but this dinner I made was actually pretty good!
With vegetables grown in the south of England, and a bream from the waters around Italy, I had a go at making some Japanese food.
This time, I used the cooking liquid from the bream to make my daikon leaf furikake.
My cute little fishy got a bit roughed up during the simmering but it tasted pretty good!
