Let me continue the photo story of my hike last weekend. Today there are some views from the trail and the first glimpse of a critter I would see a lot that day. Yes, there are many marmots living among the rocks. This fellow was a juvenile munching on some greens.

There was just one snow field remaining, but lots of water streams flowing towards the valley. This about halfway up.

More from that hike will be on its way soon, I just have to sift through the rest of my collection and pick some good ones. 

I had kind of a lazy day today. Shopping, yard work and campfire in the evening. Mushroom hunting has been postponed until tomorrow... 😎
