5 years ago, my first Hellotalk Korean teacher was a buddhist

monk from Inje.
From the moment he messaged me, he was determined to teach me Korean.
We made arrangements to set aside time every day to learn.
10pm Arizona time,(2pm Korea time), every day, for 2 months we studied. Sometimes it was an hour, sometimes it was 2 hours.
He would send me a lesson in the morning, I would study it throughout the day and then when we met, I practiced what I had learned that day. The first month was just messaging and then the second month we used Skyp so I could practice speaking! It was great! I was doing so well, learning so much and then he had to leave.
