    @Alexandre sometimes the shower is so cold, when I the water goes in my mouth, my teeth feel cold. However, my skin is fine.

    @pink♪ I just changed my mindset. Change my culture. I shower and wash in cold. I only wear a single layer, even in winter. Either a short sleeve or long sleeve T-shirt. That’s it. I don’t give discomfort a voice.
