MY LATEST POEM: WONDERLAND

My heart yearns for your mere sight

, impatiently each moment
Like a survivor awaits arrival of a ship, stranded alone on an island

The pangs of your loss, suddenly erupted, surrounded my heart
Like the arrival of a violent tornado, devastating plain dry land

The loss of you, desolated my soul, turned it into a dry desert
Absolutely no life flourishes there, no sign, not even a strand

My eyes shed many tears for you, but finally they became dry
Your one vision can bring back the clouds, so graceful, so grand

When finally, your countenance appears to me out of nowhere
Tears of joy flow down from all heights, forming a grassland

To see the luminescence of your beauty, I rejoice with a laugher so bright
Like the surprise rain makes desert dwellers rejoice, their hearts expand

You are the very elixir of my spirit, i cannot deny this in anymore
With you finally by my side, this desolate realm, becomes a wonderland
