If you know someone who is struggling with depression, anxiety
or any other mental illness then please check up on them from time to time. It means so much more than you know to know someone cares about you when you are in your darkest moments.If you yourself are struggling please do not be afraid to speak up about it. The worst thing you can do is hold it in and let the pressure build. There is only so much you can take and there is absolutely no shame in talking about it.
