For dinner, I experimented with shirataki noodles. Shirataki

noodles are made from a substance called glucomannan that comes from the konjac root.

I made a standard US gravy beef tip with some spice tweaks. Haha, it’s a little jiggly and wiggly. Interesting texture. 👽

    It's looks like very delicious.When I losing weight i ate the konjac root that features satiety and not easy to put on fat.However，What I make is tasteless.
