THE LOVERS PAIN

My love is the wild impetuous river running wild
Your heart is like a strong, firm, stern mountain

Oh how I wish to one day, to caress you with my arms
For once and all, make all your sternness feel in vain

Oh how I want to spray my waters of desire on you!
To grow trees and flowers, what a beautiful gain!

Yet, You push back my advances with a firm resolve
But i have the persistence like a never ending rain

You show me anger when I express my love to you
You push back my loving waves, without any strain

But I know that in love one should not lose hope
I secretly continue my unending work, like a deep ocean

The hope of that day makes me continue my craft
The day you will finally realize, YOU are my only passion

I will continue my advances towards you O beautiful
above you, beneath you around you, O stern Mountain

You WILL one day accept these advances from me
Your stern heart will also feel what i felt, the lovers pain!
