This morning I ordered a sandwich from Starbucks. Starbucks is

about a ten minute walk from my condo.

While I was on the way there I encountered this awesome neighborhood cat. There aren't a lot of outdoor cats in Chicago, it is pretty dangerous for them. They could be hit by a car or they could be attacked by a dog.

So I'm always excited when I get to meet an outdoor cat. This one was super friendly and let me pet it for about 5 minutes, it made my day.
