Today is my 45th birthday, some advice to my younger self:
Don

't complain about the struggle, it's meant to be hard. Trust me, you'd be bored otherwise.

Challenge yourself, opportunities can be far and few between. The good ones will change your life.

Change is difficult, embrace it.

All relationships are complicated, be open and honest as much as you can.

Floss more.
