In the South (term for south east portion of USA Also known as
“below the mason dixie line”) we boil our crawfish in spicy seasonings along with garlic, potatoes, corn and lemons. A gathering with friends will be called a crawfish boil where we cook 14 kg or more of crawfish, lay it on a table and everyone gathers around and eats it together. One of my favorite traditions!
