Good morning, World 🌎!!

I was going to go to the gym this morning

, but I decided to test my lungs and went for a run instead.

My lungs do not like 0°C/32°F 😫😫

My body wasn’t ready for the cold crisp air haha. 🥶

My body is always ready for coffee though! 😆

    @RIE 日本人なのにタイの国旗 it’s warmed up some so I tried running again. My parents’ driveway is .4 km. I ran that a few times. It’s the dry air... 😩😩😩
