Good morning everyone!

I have a bit of American slang for you

today! The term is” Rip-off” Rip-off.

This just means something is way more expensive than it should be for what it is.

Example:
John: how much is the bracelet?
Storekeeper: $12
John: it’s just plastic! That’s a “rip-off”

Thank you for sharing! I could review it again. It's“(价格)宰人。” in Chinese. It's also a Chinese slang.
