Good Morning Everybody😊
I haven’t posted in awhile and I’m sorry
about that, I’ve been pretty busy lately. Today I have something special I’d like to talk to you about.🤓👍 Today is the start of Canadian Mental Health Week, from May 6th to the 13th. This is one of the many mental health awareness times Canada has.😊👍🧠👩🏫 This is a very personal subject for me since I’m not a stranger to mental health issues. Whether it’s myself or the people I’m close to, mental health has always been a shadow that follows me through life.😓😅🙋♀️👩👧👦👫👭💕 Throughout my life I have helped many of my friends through their mental health problems.😊👫👭💕 I have experience dealing with many issues through friends, family, and also on my own (for example: wanting to commit suicide, the loss of a family member, or eating disorders). Mental Health is something that is often times stigmatized and looked down upon, and I don’t like that at all.🤓😓🤦♀️ People with mental disorders are just like normal people, but they’re going through something they have no control over at that time. They shouldn’t be punished for something like that, but instead they should be treated with understanding and compassion.😤🥺 I’ve seen many people on this site talk about how anxious/depressed/etc they are and I truly feel for them. I have also felt that same feeling and I can understand where they’re coming from. To those people I would like to say it does get better, please don’t lose hope. Talk to someone about it.🥺😊🤗💕 Every person on earth has things they’re dealing with and you don’t know their story unless you ask them. Don’t judge people based on things they can’t control but look more on the kindness of their heart instead.😊👭👫👬💕 Have a great day, and I’ll ttyl.😊 #GetLoud #MentalHealthWeekDownload the HelloTalk app to join the conversation.
