アレルギーがとてもしんどいです。先週の月曜日から目が痒くてたまらないし、鼻水も止まらないし、辛い日々を送っています。昨夜

、目が痒かったせいかうまく寝られなくて今日はとても長く感じました。一番辛いのは今朝、添付してある画像を見て思わせたことが今年の花粉の時期はこれから始まるということです。こんなに早く症状が出るのは残念な限りです。笑。
帰宅の途中にお医者さんへ行こうかなぁと思っていましたが、近くのイオンの薬局でアレルギー専用薬を買うことにしました。もしすぐに効果が出なかったら、お医者さんにかかろうと思います。
