After making ramen from scratch, I now appreciate the complexity
of the dish! This time I tried to make Tokyo-style garlic shoyu ramen, but I added too much soy sauce in the tare, so it became garlic kuro ramen 😂. Next time itll be better!だからラーメンを料理しました、複雑さを理解しています.これはニンニク醤油ラーメンけど醤油が多すぎただから黒ラーメンになりました。😂 次回はもっとうまくやる!
