The golden poppy flower is California’s state flower and it is

one of my favorite. The bright orange hues reminds me of spring and summer. It’s bright but delicate. One side of California is all coastal and you can find these flowers growing widely. When the sun hits it you can say shades of the bright yellow sun in it. It grows so delicately on a stem and when the wind is just right you can see the flowers sway back and forth in a rhythmic motion. These flowers remind me of home.
