Topic of the day: Interracial couples.
Is interracial dating/marriage common where you live? Are there mixed races in your family?

Here in the US, it is very common to see couples who are not of the same race dating. There are still some people who do not believe in that, but that isn't as common here. Of course, everyone has a preference, and that's okay! I come from a family of mixed race/ethnicity. I myself am half black half white along with my 2 sisters. My cousin (on my moms side) is half white half Vietnamese. My great grandmother, her parents are from Germany. My best friend is half white half Mexican. My friend from high school, her mom is half white half mexican.. and her grandfather is now married to a Filipino. So, I'm so used to seeing mixed races, I often get shocked hearing that it's not common somewhere else.
