BBQ glazed Salmon is the base of my salad for tonight. I added

beets, organic black beans and peas to fill out the flavours.

The salmon was marinated in a light non-oil based marinade and the flavour was soaked up well on the fish which is a little sweet but allows the salmon flavour through.

I cooked the salmon medium overall for the texture.
