(Second part of Mac and Cheese)
I mixed together, in a blender
, 4 eggs, 3 cups of whole milk, the sugar and salt and blended. Then i slowly poured the milk mixture into the center of the top layer, very slowly, until I can see the milk just below the top layer of cheese. Then, I cover the food with the cast iron lid and I put it in the oven at 375° for 30 minutes. I take it out of the oven and remove the lid and place it back in the oven for another 30 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
