than the expectation Example (1): “When I first came to China I didn’t really know much about the food here but the cuisine has surpassed my imagination, it’s incredibly good!”
Example (2): “I swear to God every single guy who meets me in person says that I surpass their expectations. Like, obviously, hello! When you look like me, I totally gotta’ get hella compliments all day long. I am a straight 10 baby!”
