来週か再来週には日本の友達に郵送しようと思っています。
I'm planning to mail them to my Japanese friends next week or the week after.

私の住んでいる街はフライト制限があり、届くのがちょっと遅くなるかもしれないので、普通郵便ではなく、国際郵便にするかもしれません。
I might use international mail instead of regular mail because my city has flight restrictions and it may take a little longer to reach them.

国際郵便だと少し高くつきますが、日本の友達に無事届けば、費用は気にしません。
International mail is a bit more expensive, but I don't mind the cost as long as the cards arrive to my friends in Japan safely.
