アイスクリームがたべたくなってきた! - It's time for some ice cream! 🍦

Here are

some photos from another lake visit a week ago. I believe the first shrub with the flowers is a purpleleaf sand cherry. The public garden is getting more colorful by the day. As usual, I was there for the last few minutes of sunlight. It sometimes works out and sometimes you just lose out on the vibrancy of the picture. 

I cannot resist photographing the blackbirds. They are also nice in letting me come close and they stay in one spot, unlike some of the smaller birds like swallows that are always on the move and extremely hard to capture.

The American West is experiencing record heat. Right now, it's 33°C here and 36 in the city, way above normal. Phoenix, Arizona is showing 44 degrees, same as Las Vegas, Nevada! It's 1:30pm.
