Clubhouse is really really popular in Japan recently. Many celebrities open their chat room and people follow it. I also often use clubhouse. It’s like a AM radio when we just listen it. And it’s a good occasion that we can join talking groups. Why don’t you create clubhouse talking room for your HelloTalk members 😁

@Anna While it may be true that there are other apps with a similar concept, the fact that ClubHouse was endorsed by so many celebrities, made it a wonderful place to be. No other app will give you access to so many amazing speakers.

No other app will give you access to so many amazing speakers. I join various language rooms several times a day ad hoc. So many opportunities to listen and to speak live. But you don’t have to speak. You can eavesdrop on natives speakers who are talking to each other, which is completely different than interacting with a teacher or fellow learners. I love that you can’t hide behind a pretty photo or an intellectual post, you can’t re-record, it’s live, it’s raw, it’s here and now. It is a m a z i n g. If you join, look for Maryna EQ (@EazyQuizy.Com). That’s me! You will be able to join my Russian and English “rooms”, and in the “hallway” you will see other language rooms that I join. Я обязательно воспользуюсь новым приложением! Пока не попробуешь, не поймёшь как это работает, ноавится/не нравится. Думаю шумиха связана именно с тем, что эта платформа имеет все шансы на успех. И может показать новый уровень взаимодействия и обучения. 👍 Жаль, что пока я не могу воспользоваться этим приложением, т.к. у меня Android.
