So I asked my kids what they wanted for dinner and it wasn't
really much of a question. I have been marinating T-bone steak in Korean short rib marinade for a couple days so my Son simply opened the fridge and pulled out the bag.I cutting off the bone, fat and tendons, and make some small stabs into the steak before I marinade them. I use a plastic bag that seals so I can add the liquid marinade.
The steaks get turned every so often so that they are evenly coated.
For cooking I used a nonstick pan at a medium high temperature for 4 mins per side delivering a rare, warm, and tender steak. The kids noticed the sweet taste of the marinade, and we all stood at the kitchen counter, talked and ate. Was a good meal!
