Gotta love me some meat once in a while!
Yesterday I made steak
and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were mostly Shuimai and the steak was a 3 cm rib steak generously seasoned with garlic, salt, steak spice and a hint of soya Cooking time was 4 minutes per side to a rare state of perfection.
It was really good, with lots to share left over. want to join me?
