Today was such a productive day!
I took care of a lot of legal
matters and focused on my body today. I decided to set a new goal for myself since I won’t be able to go to Korea in March. 😡
20 pounds in the next 2-3 months!
I started working on my goal today.
Waist training for 2 hours everyday (I love waist training and I’m not posting a pic of it here on HT 😂😂)
Clean eating and intermittent fasting starting at 17:00; and drinking more water!!💦💦
I’m going to have fun with this new goal! 💪🏽💖
Now time for tea before bed! ☕️💤
