Often, there is a heavy focus on healing your ability to trust others, and move on.
But there should be more focus on healing your ability to trust yourself.
Recently, I’ve written an article about learning to trust yourself and your own instincts again, during healing from emotional trauma.
When I have a bad feeling about a situation, or a person, I have a constant internal conflict.
“Is it my past trauma giving me this feeling? Or is it my true instinct?”
It can be very hard to know it.
