    韓国のスキンケアとっても人気です。 アメリカのスキンケアはちょっとheardなので私には合いません🥲有名なのは百貨店にあるブランドだけど、最近は個人店のオーガニックブランドがたくさんあります🎀

    @yuka ゆか そうだね。ほとんどのアメリカのブランドはアルコールとか必要じゃないfragrancesがありますね。良いアメリカのブランドがあるけど高いです。韓国のスキンケア商品は、あまり高くなくても、効果的な成分がたくさんあります。

    @スカイ え！？そうだよ！笑　そのくらい世界中で有名って事ですね、でもぶっちゃけ化粧品はプラシーボ効果でしかないです、塩サウナと水風呂とかの方が肌ツルッツルになりますね。後は紫外線対策しとけばそんな問題ないかと。^ ^

    @Narumi Soukichi I totally agree on the importance of wearing sunscreens. Some ingredients in skin care products are heavily studied and evidence based. If saunas and cold baths can solve majority of skin issues, dermatology won’t be a thing at all. Sorry, I can’t explain it in Japanese. ✌🏼

    @Narumi Soukichi I understand that saunas and cold baths can be beneficial but it cannot solve more serious but pretty common skin issues like acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, etc. if it’s that simple, everyone will just go to a sauna and go out with nice skins. That’s just not how it is. I’m not saying it’s not a good thing, I’m saying it’s more of a supplement than actual treatment.
